RoboCup Workshop 2009 Wels

The Austrian RoboCup Workshop 2009 will be held from May 7 and 8 2009 at the Fachhochschule Oberösterreich in Wels.

Call for Abstracts

Motivation

RoboCup is one of the most important initiatives worldwide to foster education, research and development in the fields of robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Austria has a vital and growing RoboCup community. The aim of this workshop is to bring together active members of the national and international RoboCup community and people who are interested in RoboCup as a research and education platform. The aim of the workshop is to share results obtained in the context of RoboCup and to discuss new ideas.

Topics

Topics related to the workshop includes (but not limited to)

  • results of research obtained in the context of RoboCup
  • new ideas related to RoboCup
  • successful case studies in RoboCup
  • lessons learned in the context of RoboCup

The participation in the workshop is free of charge. Anyway, participants are requested to register for the workshop.  In order to register for the workshop please send an email to  robocup@fh-wels.at  until April 28 2009.

Submission

We invite the submission of extended abstracts. The contribution should be submitted per email as PDF in the Spriger Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence format and may contain up to 6 pages. See format instructions. Please send the PDF submissions to rcws09@ist.tugraz.at (files bigger than 5MB will not be accepted). All submissions will be peer reviewed. Final contributions in the same format (PDF, Springer Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence format) and up to 6 pages will be included in the workshop notes.
